The association

An association born from a Franco-Lebanese commitment

Created in 2021 during Lebanon’s economic and health crisis, HandiCapaCité brings volunteers together around one objective: improving the lives of disabled and sick people in Lebanon.

Our mission

Facilitate access to healthcare, mobility and autonomy. We send medical equipment, support clinics, organize accessibility improvements and help families with medical processes.

Our story

  • 2021 — Creation of the association after the Beirut port explosion.
  • 2022 — First container of medical equipment sent to Lebanon.
  • 2023 — Launch of the accessibility improvements program.
  • 2025 — More than 850 beneficiaries supported.
