HandiCapaCité limits the collection of personal data to the information required to process requests sent through the website.
The contact form sends the information entered by the user by email. These messages are not stored in the database.
The volunteer / partner form stores the information needed to follow up the request: identity, contact details, request type, availability or message.
Data is used only to answer messages, follow up volunteer or partnership requests, and organize the association’s actions.
No data is sold or used for commercial purposes.
Volunteer or partner requests are kept for as long as needed for association follow-up.
People concerned may request deletion or modification of their information by writing to contact@handicapacite.org.
Back-office access is protected by authentication and restricted to authorized people.
